February to March, 2005 ~ The Galiano Shuffle

Down by the Bay (Sturdies)—from February 19-March 10 the Galiano Island ferry dock was a hive of activity. While the ferry dock was closed, Galianoites were rerouted via water taxi to Miners Bay, Mayne Island and shuttle bus to Village Bay terminal. The bench at Miners Bay wharf had a new use.
